How do I know what data Resec holds about me?
Resec will, within a reasonable timeframe, provide you with a complete list of all the data held on you upon request (but Resec reserves the right to charge a small administrative fee for this service).
What if I no longer want Resec to store data about me?
Resec is happy to remove your data from any list or database it maintains; simply contact Resec by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org stating that this is the case and all data relating to you will be deleted.
How confidential is the data Resec holds about me?
Resec is the “owner” (or “data controller” for the purposes of the DPA) of your personal data and will not sell, share or transfer this data without your consent. Should it be appropriate, Resec will release your information to law enforcement agencies.
